Garwood is
founder and President of R. D. Garwood, Inc. in Atlanta,
Georgia.
The company focuses on helping manufacturing companies grow profitably.
Our Board of Directors Advisory Service counsels and assists
corporate
boards, with emphasis on improving supply chain management. Dave's
innovative approaches to major paradigm shifts in business
processes
to become and remain competitive in the global market have propelled
the company to a place of leadership in the field. In October,
2000,
Dave became one of only three people to be honored with the prestigious
Lifetime Achievement Award by the American Production & Inventory
Control Society (APICS). He has a wealth of experience on
both the
factory floor and in the executive boardroom. He has appeared in
two television documentaries, one with Tom Peters. R. D.
Garwood, Inc. also performs
operational audits and due diligence work for investment firms. Dave
has served on the Board of Directors at Intermec Corporation,
Mace
Security International, Telxon and currently serves on the Board
of TII Network Technologies. |

Bob
Donehew
is CEO of Donehew Capital, LLC - the General Partner of Donehew Fund
Limited Partnership, a Private Investment Partnership specializing
in the securities markets, CEO of 3-D Capital, LLC, an investment
firm specializing in due-diligence consulting and investments in the
securities and private security markets and Chief Financial Officer
of R. D. Garwood, Inc. Bob has been in the financial arena for over
25 years. He had a private tax and financial planning practice from
1976-1983. He continues to advise retained clients on financial and
tax matters. In 1996, he started his own Private Investment Partnership
- Donehew Fund - along with an Investment firm of 3-D Capital with
partners Dave Garwood and Dave Biggs. Bob currently serves on the
Board of Directors of GolfRounds, Inc., Ensoport, Inc., Intercom Systems,
Inc. and Medical Systems Development Corporation. |

Dave
Biggs
brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the business arena.
Formerly Vice President of Operations and Product Development at Bently
Nevada Corporation in Minden, Nevada, he managed operations there
and in Houston, Texas, Warrington, U.K., and Bombay, India. Dave's
belief in the value of education and knowledge has prompted him to
accept advisory board positions at the University of Nevada. He currently
serves on the Board of Visiting Cities in Las Vegas, Nevada. Dave
created the concept of
MAP (Market-Aimed Products). He has a degree in Electrical
Engineering from the University of Nevada and a Masters of Mechanical
Engineering from the University of Virginia. |

Dan
Hull is
President of Hull Consulting Associates, Inc., specializing in MRP
II consulting, in Horseheads, New York and is associated with R.
D.
Garwood, Inc. Dan was previously employed as Manager of Inventory
Control at Corning, Inc., in Corning, New York, where he managed
the
Corporate Efficient Production and Inventory Control (EPIC)
Program. Under his guidance, thirteen Corning plants achieved "Class
A" MRP II status. Overall, the EPIC Program returned $8 to
the program for every dollar spent on implementation. Dan continues
to
consult with Corning, as well as other companies in the United States,
Canada and Europe. A member of the American Production & Inventory
Control Society (APICS), Dan is Certified by the Society at the
Fellow
level and served on the Production and Inventory Control Certification
Committee. |
